Processing Times

As each piece is carefully prepared, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be dispatched (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

UK Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Express Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

International Delivery

We ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. International orders may take between 5–15 business days after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, customs processing, adverse weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the courier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Silver & Bead cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • Photographs of any damage (if applicable)
  • Details of the issue

We will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
